Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with growth priorities
- Design, build, and maintain a robust enablement ecosystem within the company
- Translate sales methodologies into practical onboarding and training formats
- Identify and address performance gaps with senior revenue leaders
- Coach and execute program initiatives while managing strategic direction
- Create role-based playbooks and clear operational frameworks for sales teams
- Implement onboarding programs to enhance ramp time and productivity
- Drive AI-based workflows to enhance enablement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enablement or go-to-market roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of fintech and digital banking sales processes
- Proven track record of building scalable enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience in product enablement and readiness for launches and updates
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts into actionable guidance
- Proficient with AI tools and demonstrated use in business settings
- Experience using data and metrics for program improvement and decision-making
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching high-performing teams
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
