About the role
The Director, Enablement is responsible for building CENTEGIX's internal enablement function from the ground up. This role owns how our people learn the CENTEGIX story, our products, and how to sell and lead effectively as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve training on the CENTEGIX story, mission, and product suite, ensuring every employee understands what we build, how it works, and how our products work together
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to keep enablement content current as products, positioning, and the competitive landscape evolve
- Design and deliver a structured selling skills curriculum, covering foundational sales methodology, objection handling, and product-specific selling scenarios
- Build and manage a certification program so managers and leadership can verify readiness at each stage, from onboarding through tenured performance
- Design and deliver leadership development training for new and existing managers, covering the fundamentals of running a team, coaching, feedback, and performance conversations
- Partner with People Operations to align leadership training with the competency framework and existing manager readiness tools
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, learning and development, or a related field, ideally within a scaling SaaS or B2B technology company
- Proven experience designing and owning a training curriculum from scratch, including certification and measurement frameworks
- Experience delivering both sales-focused and leadership-focused training, rather than one or the other
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to teach technical product concepts in a way that is clear and engaging
- Comfortable operating cross functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People Operations
- Self-motivated builder who thrives in an environment without an existing playbook, since this function is being built from the ground up
Who You Are
You naturally think in systems, connecting product knowledge to selling scenarios to leadership conversations rather than teaching each in isolation, and you bring both the patience to meet people where they are and the conviction to hold a high bar for readiness, always measuring not just that training happened, but that it changed how someone sells or leads
