Responsibilities
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for direct reports
- Develop talent through assessment of skills and performance
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and accountability frameworks
- Travel extensively to evaluate sales effectiveness and market dynamics
- Define and execute commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Serve as an executive leader in key customer and partner relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a sales environment, overseeing multi-role sales organizations
- Progressive healthcare sales experience with knowledge of clinical workflows for cardiology preferred
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Experience negotiating complex healthcare commercial agreements (BAAs, SaaS, EULAs)
- Exceptional communication skills with strong executive presence
- Expertise in revenue forecasting and CRM management
Pay
$208,000 – $286,000 annually
