ECG Coordinator
About the role
Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is the largest hospital in Missouri and is ranked as one of the nation's top hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. This position supports the report processing and distribution functions associated with the Cardiac Diagnostic Lab and provides clerical support, manages database systems, and performs holters.
Responsibilities
- Hooks up and instructs patients in the use of monitors (as and when required).
- Schedules appointments for outpatients and inpatients services.
- Processes patient’s registrations, appointment check-ins and insurance verifications.
- Manages heavy phone volume with referring providers.
- Responsible for the clerical management of the ECG database systems (as and when required).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Supervisor Experience preferred.
- CPR/AED certification.
Qualifications
Medical Administrative/Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 Hours / Week 9am-5:30pm day shift. No major holidays required.
