About the role
Amsive is seeking a Director, Digital Media to lead and support one of our key agency clients. This role requires a seasoned innovator with strong technical, communication, and strategic marketing skills.
Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of key client accounts within the agency.
- Managing, developing, and providing ongoing training for a team of direct 2-3 reports. Leading the team to improve campaign performance and career advancement.
- Partnering closely with clients on their marketing plans and on-site experiences to enhance digital performance and profitability.
- Hands-on management and optimization of ads across various platforms like DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.
- Ensuring testing schedules are up to date, learning is applied, and tests focus on high-potential return areas.
- Collaborating with the Client Experience team to ensure client strategy and performance are met.
- Working with the Analytics team on tracking and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience.
- Experience managing sophisticated, demanding clients and client accounts, with a track record of increasing client revenue and profitability.
- Experience managing multi-location clients is preferred.
- Experience managing and training a team.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead high-touch client relationships.

- Proven ability to innovate and deliver results in digital media.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing.
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.

Pay
$125,000/yr, based on skills and experience.
Schedule
This is a HYBRID position, working 1-2 days in the office in New York, NY and Nashville, TN.
