Director, Customer Partner - Government (Springfield, IL)
About the role
Create, maintain and develop deep customer relationships to credibly build and maintain valued CxO relationships.
Responsible to drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consult.
Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives.
Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth.
Generate opportunities, drives through to closure and expands existing work into larger scope and new capabilities; build a GTM pipeline with partners to jointly pursue and win deals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- $10M+ revenue responsibility.
- Experience on government accounts.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and government industry best practices.
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.

Pay
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule.
Schedule
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
