Responsibilities
- Drive financial outcomes through achieving signings and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with state and local government clients
- Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
- Oversee project delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to building a pipeline of business development opportunities
- Utilize industry knowledge to shape and drive strategic initiatives
- Foster a culture of personal and professional development among team members
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business development or consulting within public sector IT
- Proven track record of managing complex consulting engagements and delivering client satisfaction
- Experience with government procurement processes and regulations
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite executives
- Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks such as CJIS, HIPAA, and FedRAMP
- Strong written communication skills with experience in responding to formal government solicitations
Pay
$185,760 – $334,320 annually
