Director - Compliance Operations

About the role

Hard Rock Digital is building the world’s best online sportsbook, casino, and social-gaming platform. As Director – Compliance Operations, you will partner with the Senior Compliance Team to ensure the Compliance department runs effectively and efficiently, helping the entire organization stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Review existing departmental tools, research and recommend alternatives or additional tools to drive best practices, and project-manage their implementation.
• Review, enhance, and curate all departmental knowledge resources, including the compliance intranet, manuals, SOPs, and business-facing guides.
• Coordinate departmental training programs and offsites; deliver training when appropriate.
• Coordinate in-person regulatory training for other departments.
• Assist with the maintenance and dissemination of regulatory policies.
• Maintain a list of key departmental risks and work with ERM personnel to ensure compliance risks are properly recorded and managed.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in compliance roles, ideally in online gaming.
• Experience building ERM programs is a distinct benefit.
• Excellent knowledge of third-party compliance tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a penchant for thinking outside the box.
