About the role
The Director, Commercial Accounts - Retail (Midwest) is responsible for managing and growing commercial relationships within the Midwest region. This role requires a deep understanding of retail markets and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retail clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midwest market
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
