Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture key client relationships, tailoring strategies to meet business goals
• Champion product and technology integration within commerce workflows
• Drive continuous improvement through rigorous quality control and performance metrics
• Develop comprehensive commerce strategies by leveraging marketplace dynamics expertise
• Promote innovation in commerce tactics and platform features
• Oversee analysis of performance data to ensure evidence-based recommendations
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commerce/e-commerce/retail media/marketplace roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and talent development
• Strong familiarity with commerce platforms like Amazon and Walmart
• Skilled in measurement and analytics for decision-making
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams

Pay

$135,000 – $155,000 annually
