Director Clinical Education Diagnostic Medical Sonography - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical sites and healthcare organizations
• Secure and manage clinical affiliation agreements
• Cook and oversee student clinical placements and rotations
• Ensure students meet all clinical requirements, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings
• Visit clinical sites and support clinical instructors and preceptors
• Teach both didactic and clinical coursework within the DMS program
• Deliver engaging lectures, labs, and hands-on learning experiences
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, institutional, and clinical partner requirements
• Participate in campus, professional, and community engagement activities

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Minimum of 4 years of professional sonography experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Abdomen and OB/GYN sonography
• Preferred teaching or clinical instruction experience
• Experience mentoring students or healthcare professionals
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
