Primary Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI account strategies and drive 15-30% year-over-year net revenue growth
- Manage pipelines targeting enterprise clients with $500K-$5M+ deal sizes
- Maintain deep knowledge of AI market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Articulate ROI frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI transformation
- Identify use cases, develop adoption roadmaps, and conduct strategic business reviews
- Build consultative relationships with C-suite leaders (CIOs, CMOs, CFOs)
- Drive new business development and manage complex procurement processes
- Oversee differentiated AI service delivery models
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
- Establish AI-specific KPIs
- Lead and mentor AI Client Success Managers and Account Executives
- Foster a continuous learning culture
- Identify new vertical markets with high AI adoption potential
- Develop thought leadership and champion innovation initiatives
Key Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or client relations in AI/technology sectors
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (LLMs, computer vision, NLP, generative AI)
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions
- Exceptional executive relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong Salesforce and CRM proficiency; data-driven analytics capability
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred); AI/ML or sales methodology certifications a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a home office environment
