About the role

As Director, Client Success, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional client support. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance client relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of client needs with company goals
  • Provide regular feedback to clients on their progress and areas for improvement
  • Identify and address client concerns proactively to prevent churn and enhance loyalty
  • Manage client relationships and escalations effectively
  • Conduct regular client assessments and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform client success initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of increasing customer retention and satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software tools

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
