Director, Business Solutions
Purpose
As Director, Business Solutions, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise business applications and integrations that enable Clinisys’ digital transformation. This is a transformational leadership role, not a reactive support function. You will partner with Product, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Cyber Security, and other business leaders to deliver integrated, end-to-end digital capabilities that improve efficiency, experience, and measurable business outcomes. You will be accountable for both platform performance and the realization of business value, including automation, cycle time reduction, and user and customer experience improvements. The role requires strong cross-functional influence, ownership of end-to-end outcomes, and the ability to define and execute against measurable performance targets.
Essential Functions
Lead enterprise business systems transformation aligned to company strategy and digital experience priorities
Act as a proactive transformation driver by identifying opportunities to reimagine and streamline workflows and improve end-to-end processes
Own the business applications and integration roadmap with clear prioritization and measurable value realization
Influence cross-functional leaders to align priorities, remove barriers, and accelerate transformation outcomes
Lead platform & integration delivery
Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, and optimized for operational efficiency and user experience
Drive standardization and reuse of application and integration patterns across the enterprise
Own measurable outcomes including automation rates, cycle time reduction, user satisfaction, and customer experience improvements
Define and track KPIs and scorecards ensuring accountability for business outcomes, not just system performance
Lead operating reviews to communicate progress, risks, and value realization to executive stakeholders
Continuously optimize processes and platforms to improve efficiency, adoption, and experience
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Establish shared accountability across functions for process efficiency, data quality, and experience outcomes
Communicate strategy, priorities, and outcomes clearly to both technical and business leadership
Embed change management, release management, and adoption practices to ensure successful implementation and sustained value
Governance, Risk & Standards
Implement governance frameworks for enterprise applications and integrations including lifecycle, performance, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in partnership with Cyber Security and Compliance
Continuously improve operating models, tools, and governance practices to support scalable transformation
Skills Needed for Success
Proven experience leading enterprise business systems transformation with measurable business outcomes
Strong expertise in enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Customer Support, Finance, ITSM) and integration architectures
Demonstrated ability to drive automation, efficiency improvements, and experience enhancements
Experience defining KPIs and driving accountability for business outcomes
Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable results
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
10+ years in enterprise applications, business systems, or related leadership roles
7+ years leading teams and cross-functional programs
Ownership of enterprise roadmaps and delivery of measurable transformation outcomes
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment (Raleigh, NC / Tucson, AZ / Carmel, IN). This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
