Job Overview
The Director, Business Office Advisor - Infusion Services advises on all aspects of the infusion business office for clients on behalf of Fairview Pharmacy Solutions. Responsibilities include financial modeling in pro formas, training intake and billing staff, revenue cycle deep dives, and contract reviews. The director implements strategies for excellent customer experience and ensures the advisory team's operational success.
About the Role
This role reports to the Vice President and represents Fairview Pharmacy Solutions at national conferences and speaking opportunities. The director also writes articles in industry publications on business office topics and innovations.
Responsibilities
- Stay informed on industry KPIs for client assessment
- Assess client metrics and trends and communicate to executive leadership
- Develop and partner on strategic initiatives
- Evaluate and deploy AI automation tools
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff
- Provide ongoing management oversight and mentorship
- Interface with revenue cycle functions
- Maintain relationships with industry experts and external clients
Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. Degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field
- 10+ years healthcare experience in revenue cycle functional area
- 5+ years management responsibility for a business office in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years home infusion revenue cycle experience
- B.S./B.A. or Masters in Business Administration preferred
- Track record of increasing responsibility managing all financial areas for a rapid growth company

Pay
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on factors such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. A sign-on bonus may be available if eligible.
