Business Office Director
Responsibilities
- Operate the reception staff within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Create and collect business files for resident business records; keep business files updated
- Track ancillary charges and accuracy of invoices to be sent to corporate monthly
- Responsible for accurate tracking of resident’s personal accounts monthly including quarterly mailings of account details to resident’s Power of Attorney (POA)
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and implementing all new hire orientation, process terminations, and maintain timely and accurate employee change of status, maintaining up-to-date employee files, including monthly auditing
- Working knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping systems including payroll processing
Requirements
- Three (3) years prior business office experience required, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, benefits administration, payroll processing
- Exceptional computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Minimum two-year college degree required or equivalent experience in Business Office Management
- Experience working in long-term care preferred
Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of long-term care industry and regulations

- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

$62,354-$64,300 annually - based on experience
