Job Details
This is a Full Time salary exempt position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee resident billing activity such as receiving payments, billing ancillary services, posting payments to resident accounts, assessing late fees, monitoring annual rent increases, etc.
- Review and submit invoices to department managers for approval and enter into accounts payable system timely and accurately.
- Oversee workers comp claims, maintain team member personnel files, generate bi-weekly payroll, manage community onboarding activities, etc.
- Absorb directly supervise the front desk staff
- Participate in the weekend Leader on Duty rotation
- Ensure deficiency-free state surveys with regard to team member and resident files and more!
Requirements
- Associates degree in business with 2-3 years’ experience in office administration preferably in a property management or senior living setting.
- Posses excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and solid problem resolution abilities.
