Director, Builder Sales - East

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Builder Sales - East to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead regional builder sales efforts and support national partnership growth across the East. The position focuses on driving pull-through demand with builders and fabricators, strengthening channel relationships, and helping turn strategic agreements into revenue growth. You will partner closely with field sales teams, buying groups, and internal stakeholders to execute multi-step sales strategies and support account transitions after partnerships are established. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,438 – $154,453 annually Responsibilities Drive revenue growth within regional builder accounts and national partnerships Execute multi-step sales strategies to secure placements with builders and fabricators Negotiate and implement builder partnerships and support national buying group agreements Coordinate account transitions to local field sales teams after partnerships are established Provide training and support to local representatives and builder market representatives Stay informed on regional market trends and competitor activity Maintain account and pipeline data in Salesforce, tracking key sales metrics Qualifications 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in construction or building products Solid financial acumen to explain product margin impact Experience in indirect, pull-through sales models with builders and fabricators Proven track record of value-based selling against lower-cost options Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated with good organizational skills using CRM tools Benefits Health and dental insurance Paid time off and 7 paid holidays 401(k) with matching Discretionary profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
