Position Summary

Walmart Connect’s Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Director to help scale and grow the Walmart Connect CTV Sales Specialist Team. This seasoned sales executive will own the strategy and implementation for a team of CTV Sales Specialists who carry quota for Walmart’s CTV offering.

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for driving results while strategically building a structured Walmart CTV Sales Specialist team
  • Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales team
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as Sales Strategy and Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, and Measurement and Insights to maximize effective utilization of the CTV Sales Specialist team
  • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
  • Evangelize WMC with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion WMC product releases internally and externally
  • Strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands on experience of building and capability to manage high performing teams
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
  • Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to brands
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into narratives
  • Proven ability to forge relationships with marketing decision makers
  • Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Provide strong leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team including providing coaching and mentoring to other team leads
  • Effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 5 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area. Or 7 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area. Sales, Supervisory experience

Annual Salary Range: $132,000.00 - $264,000.00

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
