Sales Director, Walmart
About the role
The Sales Director, Walmart role is fully dedicated to aggressively growing the Ice Cream business at Walmart. This role requires establishing and developing sustained business relationships and driving profitable sales volume for the Ice Cream Category.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume for the Ice Cream Category.
- Deliver sales and profit share goals while improving return on holistic customer investment, in line with joint business plan targets and customer and brand strategies.
- Improve in-store and online presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team of Shopper Marketing, eCommerce, Category Management, Category Insights, Business Development and Supply Chain.
- Lead the multifunctional team, managing a direct report, a senior sales analyst.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- 8+ years’ Customer Business Manager or equivalent management experience required.
- Walmart channel Account Management with CPG is a must.
- Experience in omni-channel and demonstrated eCommerce capabilities.
- Trade Marketing and Category Management experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Nielsen/IRI, Trade Promotion Management and Customer POS Data is strongly desired.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
