Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as project manager for significant facility repairs, renovations or other capital improvement projects. This includes developing and monitoring project plans.
- Establishes and coordinates the overall Security Plan for all facilities.
- Maintains and updates the disaster recovery plan, which includes periodic exercises to ensure team members are prepared.
- Assists with leasing activities, serves as liaison with tenants and assists branch offices with landlord/leasing issues or concerns.
- Assists with the property and business insurance policies and claims and other administrative management duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Property Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Professional Work Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience to include experience in project or facilities management; safety and security; procurement; contract/vendor management and at least two (2) years of supervising, hiring and training.
Requirements
- Valid FL driver’s license.
