Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the acquisitions function, including planning, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Ensuring employee development within the department.
  • Receiving objectives and determining the best course of action to achieve them, reorganizing work output as necessary to maintain organizational consistency and alignment.
  • Updating methods and processes to reflect evolving standards and enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leveraging advanced industry knowledge and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, lead teams, and deliver results that align with the company's core values of customer focus, teamwork, and being results-driven.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 10-15 Years of experience in acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in due diligence, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Proven leadership and employee development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
