Responsibilities
- Oversight of the acquisitions function, including planning, budgeting, and expense management.
- Ensuring employee development within the department.
- Receiving objectives and determining the best course of action to achieve them, reorganizing work output as necessary to maintain organizational consistency and alignment.
- Updating methods and processes to reflect evolving standards and enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leveraging advanced industry knowledge and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, lead teams, and deliver results that align with the company's core values of customer focus, teamwork, and being results-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- 10-15 Years of experience in acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
- Demonstrated expertise in due diligence, negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Proven leadership and employee development capabilities.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
