The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Gaming Category Manager role is an ecommerce-focused position that balances expertise in ecommerce and product management. As the DTC eCommerce Category Manager for Gaming in North America, you will own the growth and profitability of one of Logitech’s most iconic portfolios, serving as the commercial business owner for LogitechG.com in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth by owning quarterly and yearly revenue and profitability targets for LogitechG.com across the US and Canada. Monitor daily key performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend interventions.
  • Build and execute regional plans by translating global category strategies into high-impact regional initiatives, focusing on promotions, pricing, product, and placement across multiple gaming categories.
  • Master bottom-up forecasting by managing in-quarter demand forecasts and category outlooks, partnering with Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring 360-degree commercial readiness for major new gaming products and key events. Conduct post-mortem analyses to derive actionable insights for future rollouts.
  • Champion the player experience by regularly testing digital storefronts from a customer’s perspective and collaborating with Merchandising and Platform teams to advocate for UX enhancements.
  • Connect cross-functional partners by serving as the regional contact for DTC Gaming, working with analytics, marketing, and global product teams to streamline workflows and unlock opportunities.
  • Protect market competitiveness by tracking real-time pricing and channel dynamics to ensure the direct experience remains competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Bring an outside-in perspective by incorporating benchmarking data from local competitors and best practices from other regions to define a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce funnels (Spend, Traffic, Mix, Conversion) and modern ecommerce KPIs (Bounce, Forward Progress, Landing Page Success, Upsell/Cross-Sell, Cart/Conversion).
  • Category management experience with a track record of driving long-term growth and profitability, including forecasting, 4P management, omnichannel experience, and P&L ownership.
  • Strong project/program management skills, marketing expertise, consensus-building, and the ability to coordinate resources across teams.
  • Passion for teamwork and enhancing culture through communication, connection, and collaboration.
  • Ability to translate web traffic, conversion funnel metrics, and promotional performance into clear action steps and forecasts, leveraging innovative technologies (e.g., AI) for presentations.
  • Proactive ownership mindset—comfortable making decisions, driving alignment across matrix teams, and taking hands-on accountability for outcomes.
  • Clear communication skills, building trust across multicultural teams and presenting complex commercial updates with confidence and clarity.
  • Experience integrating partnerships (esports, influencers, social media) into broader marketing plans to drive reach and engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Location

This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at one of the following Logitech offices: Dallas, Texas; Doral, Florida; Irvine, California; or San Jose, California. The remaining days are remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

Travel is approximately 15% for internal meetings, industry conferences, and customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Pay

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $114,000 and $193,000, depending on location and experience.
