Responsibilities

• Personal care and housekeeping services
• Aid the residents in developing or executing independent living skills
• Provide written and/or electronic communication
• Accompany residents to appointments, via van transport, when necessary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
• A demonstrated customer-service approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• The ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation
