Major Responsibilities
- Direct Marketing Management
- Own and maintain the direct marketing calendar
- Accurately track all campaigns, mail drops, creative deadlines, approvals, and production milestones
- Proactively identify timeline risks and adjust schedules to maintain execution integrity
- Campaign Execution (Direct Mail & Integrated Support)
- Manage end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns
- Develop briefs, coordinate creative, request list segmentations, oversee print production, and coordinate with the mail house
- Ensure all campaigns are donor-centric, clear, and optimized for response and conversion
- Ensure direct marketing reflects OM’s voice, mission, and organizational values
- Budget & Financial Management
- Track budget vs. actuals on an ongoing basis
- Flag variances early and recommend corrective actions
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Maintain campaign performance metrics including response rate, average gift, cost per dollar raised, ROI, and retention
- Collaborate with data teams to refine segmentation and provide post-campaign analysis and insights to improve future performance
- Contribute to testing roadmap (offers, messaging, formats, audience segments)
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as mail houses, printers, and creative agencies
- Ensure quality control, timelines, and cost efficiency across vendors
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across different teams
- Marketing general support and integration across channels
- Help develop master marketing campaign calendar
- Ensure ongoing consistency and integration with Direct Marketing calendar
- Maintain master marketing campaign calendar
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and implement integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Help build campaign messaging, communication plans, and audience engagement strategies
- Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and audiences’ experience across all channels
- Provide critical thinking considering audience engagement needs
- Content curation and storytelling
- Maintain continuous sourcing through internal channels and collaboration with teams to identify and provide impact stories, testimonies, ministry updates, program highlights, resources, fundraising strategic offers, and audience engagement opportunities for use across all marketing and communications channels
- Team Participation
- Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings and periodic strategic planning sessions
- Participate in Team Life Activities of OM, including prayer, fellowship, training, and development
- Participate in Task Forces or Working Groups that facilitate cross-department collaboration
- Model the culture of OM USA
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Detail-oriented with high execution discipline

- Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
