Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.) in Lewisville, Arkansas.
What You Will Do
- Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentor and develop skills of each youth individually.
- Create a supportive environment for youth’s needs.
- Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
- Assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to meet each youth's treatment plan goals.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
Schedule
- A Shift: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday - 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-2pm (1 hour break each day)
- B Shift: Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm (1 hour break each day)
Pay and Benefits
Pay: $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
