What You Will Do
- Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentor and develop the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
- Assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet each youth's treatment plan goals.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Meet the requirements to become an Rite of Passage eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.
