About the role

NFI North Intermission Program is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its residential treatment program in Lewiston, Maine. This program serves seven homeless young adults, offering transitional services and support to help them achieve successful independent living.

Responsibilities

• Employee Scheduling
• Supervising Counseling Staff
• Ensuring Coordination of Participant Appointments
• On-Call Responsibilities
• Oversight of Food Preparation
• Overall Coordination of Daily Programming

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Related Field
• Experience Working with Adults Living with Mental Health Challenges
• Flexibility, High Energy, Creativity, Computer Proficiency, and Good Communication Skills
• Ability to Create and Build Positive Relationships with Clients and Motivate Them
• Good Professional Boundaries and Active Personality
