About the Role

The Director of Therapy Services is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and delivery of therapy programs across multiple service lines to include Inpatient Rehab. This role ensures that therapy services meet the highest standards of clinical quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals. The Director will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and innovation. They will also manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of therapy services. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for therapy services that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate therapy department staff, including therapists, coordinators, and support personnel.
