About the role
The Arbor Terrace Fulton is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead a team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents. This position offers full-time hours from 11 am to 7 pm.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality
- Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members
- Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality and team development
