Responsibilities
- Become a super user of QLOAD, taking ownership of quotations, pricing, product management, and order processing
- Act as first point of contact when external or internal stakeholders call in, answer the phones appropriately and log inquiries as tickets
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure accurate management of information across business systems
- Use collaborative tech such as Teams and SharePoint to access information and communicate with external and internal stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, reporting, and data management and Microsoft Word for documentation, production packs, and general administrative tasks
- Take responsibility for planning flooring beds and creating work packs for the joinery and reinforcement teams
- Provide digital support to onsite factory operations and production requirements
- Ensure compliance procedures and best working practices are followed while developing skills through mentoring, training, and shadowing opportunities
