Entry Level Support Integration Specialist​

Position Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement
• Maintains support engineering data development (provisioning)
• Maintains customer’s spare hardware requirements
• Maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
• Supports hardware obsolescence
• Supports the Return of Repairable (ROR) process
• Interface with internal and external customers
• Supports operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc.
• Establish support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
• Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts
• Supports process development and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
• Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Experience with data analysis
• Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers
• Experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience integrated logistics support
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• 4+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
