Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, QA, content, and analytics partners to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities.
- Lead agile ceremonies and support Agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to define platform priorities, resolve competing demands, and drive consensus on business objectives.
- Cook up testing activities, including regression testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts across multiple teams.
- Monitor platform performance and leverage analytics and testing data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value and align with enterprise standards.
- Support release planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines.
Qualifications

- Experience in product development, digital products, content platforms, or digital optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable Content Management System (CMS).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and test strategies.
- Experience coordinating testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret testing results and performance analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher level) required.
