Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, transforming it into a connected content engine.
- Implement modular content capabilities to support scalable activation and personalization across various channels.
- Lead the delivery of emerging digital marketing capabilities, including personalization, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating strategic priorities into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Technology.
- 5–8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in DAM platforms and content workflows.
- Strong ability to write clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM and Sitecore.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven tools or platforms.
- Proven track record in running A/B tests and developing experimentation plans.
- Comfort with data modeling, customer segmentation, or predictive analytics.
- Understanding of accessibility, SEO principles, and modern UX/UI frameworks.
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Benefits
The pay range for this role is $41 - $78 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
