Responsibilities

  • Owning and driving the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a digital product, journey, or feature set.
  • Managing the digital product portfolio and prioritizing the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
  • Leading customer discovery, research, and problem definition to develop journey maps/personas and keep the voice of the customer central to all decisions.
  • Partnering closely with Developers, UX/UI Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to guide roadmap, release, and trade-off decisions.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Using data, testing, and performance insights to define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize the product experience.
  • Communicating product vision, roadmap priorities, development progress, and key trade-offs clearly through regular planning and sprint review forums.
  • Innovation: Embracing new technologies and emerging market trends to solve complex challenges and drive scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Agile & Backlog Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing a digital product backlog, prioritizing user stories/acceptance criteria, and leading Agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban) from discovery through launch and evaluation.
  • Customer Discovery & Design Thinking: Proven experience conducting customer research, developing journey maps and personas, and applying practical design thinking practices alongside UX/UI teams.
  • Data & Performance Metrics: Demonstrated ability to use data, testing, and performance insights to define success metrics using the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goal methodology.
  • Technical & Design Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UX and UI principles and success working within a product management operating model.
