Digital Product Manager
What's the Job?
Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications. Oversee testing efforts, including regression testing and quality assurance, to ensure optimal product performance. Utilize analytics tools to interpret test data, measure performance, and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of five years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with experience managing product backlogs.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
