Responsibilities
- Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational goals
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple products or platforms
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into product initiatives
- Drive product planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teams
- Establish and manage product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Oversee backlog management and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisions
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, adoption, and lifecycle management
- Identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital products or platforms
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Product board)
- Experience in digital transformation or modernization initiatives

Pay and Schedule
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $115,080 to $218,520 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.
Schedule
This position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a week.
