About the role
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to join our Digital CX Product Management Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end product management for global digital products, translating business goals into impactful product initiatives within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Product roadmap for our digital customer experience offerings
- Ensure the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined, and executed for the team
- Cultivate empowered, high-impact teams
- Guide teams through the full product development lifecycle
- Influence, interact, and lead globally
- Lead cross-functional colleagues to guide swift, effective trade-offs and decision-making
- Translate business cases into a roadmap informed by technical constraints, balancing technical with desired business outcomes
- Understand the impact of decisions on other functions and products
- Lead without authority
- Guide difficult cross-functional decisions and achieve value-maximizing outcomes
- Organize and judge multiple priorities
Requirements

- Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner & Product Manager roles
- Knowledge of IT systems development is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Web and CRM platforms is strongly preferred
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with audiences with various levels of technical background
- Experience in digital customer experience/success is preferred
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
- Strong critical thinking skills for complex business challenges
- Passion to continuously improve processes and practices
