About The Role The Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for developer-facing platform capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, authentication, observability, and cloud infrastructure workflows. The role translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams. This role matters because reliable platform products are the foundation for every downstream customer experience. The Product Manager will define priorities, align technical investments with measurable outcomes, and drive delivery from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration in a fast-moving technology environment. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for platform and developer products using customer research, usage data, competitive analysis, and business goalsTranslate complex technical problems into detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, API requirements, and launch plans that engineering teams can execute againstPartner with engineering leads and architects on API design, SDK quality, authentication and authorization, service reliability, observability, and developer experienceManage cross-functional execution in Jira, Linear, or equivalent tools, resolving scope, dependency, and delivery risks across multiple engineering teamsUse SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to measure activation, adoption, retention, latency, reliability, and feature impactLead customer discovery with developers, technical buyers, and internal stakeholders; synthesize feedback into prioritized opportunities and product decisionsCoordinate beta programs, documentation, enablement, and go-to-market readiness for major platform releases, then use post-launch data to improve adoption and performance What We Are Looking For 3–8 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical, platform, infrastructure, API, SaaS, or developer-focused productsDemonstrated ability to partner effectively with software engineers and understand distributed systems, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud services, authentication, and observability conceptsStrong product execution skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery through launchWorking proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent; able to turn behavioral data into product decisionsExperience using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or comparable platformsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent technical or product experience consideredBonus: Experience building products for developers or enterprise customers, familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and exposure to SDKs, developer portals, usage-based pricing, or AI-enabled workflows
