Digital Product Manager
About the role
Support the development and execution of digital experiences for the Global Lounge Collection ecosystem, including websites and mobile experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations to enhance Card Member experiences. Translate product strategy into clear requirements and drive execution across multiple initiatives.
Ideal candidates possess product management expertise and a passion for travel and hospitality. Experience in building internal tools, especially content management systems, is preferred. Demonstrate technical fluency with APIs and analytics tools for effective collaboration. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing agile ceremonies and documentation. Deep user empathy is crucial for understanding the needs of colleagues and Card Members.
Role can be virtual or hybrid, preferably based in NY.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, content, and design teams for feature development and testing.
- Maintain and groom product backlogs for clarity, prioritization, and efficiency.
- Track feature progress, identify risks or dependencies, and escalate as needed.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify iteration opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on timelines and expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Foundational experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting structured requirements.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Effective collaborator comfortable working across business and technical teams.
- Basic technical fluency in APIs, mobile/web development, and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services.
- Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems.
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations with complex regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience
2–5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or a related field.
