Digital Member Experience Specialist

About the role

The Digital Member Experience Specialist is responsible for enhancing the online user experience for our members. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve member engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand member needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain digital assets such as websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns.
• Ensure all digital experiences are accessible and meet accessibility standards.
• Monitor user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design, development, or user experience roles.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and tools such as personas, journey maps, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG).
