Part-time contract role with a baseline of ~5 hours/week, scaling up to 10 hours/week based on campaign volume and reporting cadence. Remote position for a 6-month duration with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and display platforms
- Create audience targeting strategies aligned to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Build campaign structures and manage campaign budgets
- Launch and QA campaigns across advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Manage A/B testing strategies
- Build dashboards and weekly performance reports
- Recommend optimization opportunities based on campaign data
- Work closely with designers to ensure creative follows platform best practices
- Collaborate with clients on campaign strategy and reporting
- Stay current on platform updates and emerging advertising capabilities

Requirements
- 5-7 years of digital advertising experience
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience building and optimizing B2B demand generation campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and attribution
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
