About the role

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketplace Specialist – Social Commerce to support the North America business. The role focuses on scaling the Creator affiliate engine and driving performance across TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of Social Commerce campaigns for North America, with a focus on Creator affiliate performance and revenue growth
  • Manage TikTok Shop agency (TSP) operations, including creator sourcing, activation, and performance against targets
  • Drive Top Creator engagement, including onboarding, relationship management, and activation of high-impact partners
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance across content output, conversion, and GMV contribution
  • Scale creator output and quality through testing, Voice of Creator insights, and targeted contests/incentives
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, creator ecosystem dynamics, and competitive activity to inform execution
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong execution discipline, timely escalation of risks, and focus on delivering against business targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, Social Commerce, or creator-led campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Creator affiliate ecosystems, including creator engagement and performance drivers
  • Experience managing agencies, creator partnerships, or external vendors in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable synthesizing business trends and campaign insights to optimize GMV and revenue growth
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, Social Commerce, or creator-led campaign execution

Pay

$65,000 - $80,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona. The Company participates in E-Verify. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
