Email & SMS Marketing

Strategize, execute, and analyze email and SMS campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to improve engagement and revenue.
Partner and collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals, brand standards, and translations for EU campaigns.

eCommerce Site & Product Catalog Management

Support the maintenance and optimization of product listings across the Nixon eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy in pricing, imagery, and descriptions.
Support new product launches and seasonal refreshes by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely site updates.
Own onsite merchandising strategies, including product categorization, sorting, and cross-sell/upsell placement.

Marketing Campaign Support & Execution

Provide lite copy writing support from time to time to the creative team.
Support the influencer program through contract coordination, performance and KPI tracking as well as recruiting.
Coordinate and at times brief in creative assets for various channels such as affiliate ensuring timely delivery to key stakeholders.
Coordinate and deliver paid media assets to media agencies

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital marketing or eCommerce programs, with a focus on email/SMS, product catalog management, and eCommerce operations.
  • Experience coordinating across teams (creative, product, operations) to execute digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms and an understanding of the online retail customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Digioh, Klaviyo (or comparable ESP), Google Analytics, Whatsapp, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position, either sitting or standing, 80+% of the time; standing desks are available.
  • Up to eight-hours per day operating a computer and other office equipment, i.e., printers, etc.
  • Indoor office environment, not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
