SUMMARY
The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day activities to increase NOW’s eCommerce sales on a variety of digital retail customer sites including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Chewy.com through a variety of marketing and content management efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee product listings from launch throughout their lifecycle including launching new products as well as optimizing and growing existing item set.
- Optimize product listings for visibility, accuracy and increase glance view and conversion rate through key word research, A/B testing and data insights from competitor and category research.
- Conduct market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintain case logs for ongoing customer complaints by working with eCommerce team to create and manage support tickets.
- Support the collection, monitoring and reporting of marketing data points, like traffic, customer engagement, merchandising performance and ROI.
- Support compliance of NOW corporate brand standards in 1P and 3P markets.
- Contribute to the upkeep and optimization of Brand Store content across key online retailers, including Amazon, with a focus on item accuracy and shopper experience.
- Complies with safety and GMP requirements.
- Supports a culture of safe production and operations; follows all safety rules and procedures. Actively participates in the safety program by: engaging in training activities to learn what constitutes a safety hazard; reporting safety concerns to the supervisor, submitting safety suggestions, and correcting or reporting to the appropriate people when an employee sees a workplace health or safety hazard, until it is resolved. Assists with communicating safety information to new employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, preferably business, marketing or communications plus 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce with a successful track record of selling to, promoting, marketing and measuring sales data on Amazon.com or other ecommerce sites.
- Good knowledge of Web technologies, protocols, and tools, including Content Management Platforms.
- Expertise in Vendor Central, Seller Central, Supplier One, Retail Link or Target Partners Online.
- Good understanding of communications and digital marketing principles.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in verbal and/or written form.
