Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns for our auto dealership customers.
- Monitor and adjust the pace of campaigns to utilize clients’ ad budgets more efficiently.
- Create and interpret reports on key performance metrics for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations as needed to drive ROI for our customers.
- Occasionally interact with auto dealership clients directly, manage customer expectations, and monitor and report on progress of clients' ongoing campaigns.
- Manage multiple clients’ accounts at once.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads Search experience (Microsoft Ads experience is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of Google Ads Shopping experience, including Google Merchant Center setup and management.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience.
- Agency experience highly preferred.
- Must have actively managed Google Ads accounts on a daily basis within the last 3 years.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex strategies and performance metrics in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Excellent copywriting, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically and efficiently.
- Possess a positive team player attitude who contributes to collaboration and overall team success.
- Preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
