About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing marketing strategies, reviewing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive measurable results from their marketing investment. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and confident in leading conversations with business owners while translating complex marketing data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy

  • Learn each client's business, industry, competitors, and goals.
  • Develop marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow client accounts.
  • Recommend data-driven marketing solutions based on campaign performance and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss campaign performance, business goals, and future strategies.
  • Clearly explain marketing results and recommendations to business owners and leadership teams.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Address challenges with practical solutions and clear recommendations.

Performance Management

  • Monitor performance across Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and website campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure clients understand campaign performance before concerns arise.

Internal Collaboration

  • Communicate client goals, priorities, and feedback to internal marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with specialists to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Hold internal teams accountable for delivering strategies that produce measurable results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing or digital advertising agency is strongly preferred.
  • Must have extensive experience working with home service companies, specifically Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical businesses.
  • Must have strong hands-on experience using ServiceTitan CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Google Ads (Paid Search)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Website performance and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain marketing performance to business owners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities.
  • Must be local to the Twin Cities area and willing to work from the office three days per week.
  • Candidates who have previously worked at Camp Digital will not be considered.

  • Monday.com or similar project management software
  • Housecall Pro
  • HubSpot
  • CallRail
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • SEMrush or similar SEO tools
  • Google Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms

Schedule

  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
  • In-office Tuesday through Thursday (3 days per week).
