About the role
Vital is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Portsmouth, NH office. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, strategize, and execute digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with account managers, project managers, and strategists to scope and plan digital marketing projects.
- Deliver marketing project briefs that drive results.
- Present project briefs clearly to both internal team members and clients.
- Adhere to Vital's core values: Client Advocates, Marketing Nerds, Humble, High Standards, Supportive Teammates.
- Rapidly learn our marketing and creative services software systems, including Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Magento, HubSpot, Salesforce, Moz, SEMRush, aHrefs, Hotjar, OptinMonster, MailChimp, Gather Content, JIRA, and more.
- Manage and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Be organized, a great multi-tasker, and possess exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing and website-building related terms and strategies.
- Have proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and its ability to track and measure performance.
- Have knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor, and other inbound marketing tools like Moz, HotJar, SEMRush, Sprout Social, Zapier, CallRail, MailChimp, and Opt-In Monster.
- Have experience with quality testing websites and effectively documenting issues.
- Be familiar with JIRA and Gather Content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in SEO, CRO, email marketing, link building, and paid ads.
- Ability to earn certifications in SEO, CRO, email, link building, and paid ads.
- Inbound marketing certification (HubSpot).
- Comfortable with WordPress.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience with quality testing websites.
