Responsibilities

• Managing multiple marketing projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
• Executing email campaigns, social media content, website updates, and digital initiatives with a high level of accuracy
• Maintaining CRM and marketing data with precision and consistency
• Supporting sales and leadership teams with organized, timely follow-through
• Collaborating professionally across departments while remaining calm, flexible, and solutions-focused

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related experience
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CRM systems preferred
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
