About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing specialist who can blend strategy, execution, and analysis to support business growth. The position will focus on strengthening brand visibility, generating leads, and advancing marketing initiatives within the energy and infrastructure space.
Responsibilities
- Design and carry out multi-channel marketing programs that support business objectives and increase market awareness.
- Conduct ongoing research on industry developments, customer behavior, and competing organizations to shape campaign direction.
- Create and manage lead generation efforts that help attract prospects and improve conversion opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure marketing activities align with broader company priorities.
- Monitor campaign results, evaluate key performance indicators, and present recommendations to improve future performance.
- Organize and support promotional activities such as webinars, industry events, and trade shows to expand audience engagement.
- Uphold brand consistency across digital and print materials, ensuring messaging and visual presentation remain cohesive.
- Develop and manage digital initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, email marketing, social media, and HubSpot.
- Produce or coordinate marketing content and creative assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or technology-focused industries.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google AdWords, and other marketing automation or campaign management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and turn findings into practical actions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently and contribute creative solutions.
